Children's Justice Alliance Staff

The Children’s Justice Alliance excels at efficient partnering and collaboration to achieve large goals with a relatively small staff. Many direct service staff and program managers who work on programs designed by and overseen by CJA are employed by subcontracted partners. For example, The Centers for Family Success are a joint venture of CJA and Pathfinders of Oregon.

CJA develops and oversees community-based programs that are implemented at the Centers by Pathfinders of Oregon staff members.
